Tanya L. Willis, Esq.

Founding attorney Tanya L. Willis, Esq. is a proud resident of the Inland Empire and has worked in the local legal community for nearly 30 years. She started out as a file clerk, worked her way up to legal secretary and then pursued her law degree while working as a paralegal. Tanya received her law degree from University of La Verne College of Law and she has previously served as Staff Counsel for three major insurance companies. In her current work as an estate planning attorney, Tanya’s mission is to help guide families in choosing the correct options for maintaining and managing assets in the event of incapacity or passing on property to loved ones after death. As part of that mission, Tanya also teams up with professionals in related fields – realtors, financial planners, accountants – in order to safeguard clients’ assets. Tanya also represents Executors in Probate Court in order to inventory assets, prepare and file petitions, facilitate asset transfers, and prosecute and defend against will contests. Tanya is experienced in all phases of litigation including discovery, law and motion, mediation, arbitration and trials, and she has appeared before judges throughout Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino, counties.

Tanya is a member of several professional affiliations as well as a member of the local Kiwanis and Toastmasters clubs.

Taylor D. Fennell, Esq.

A native of the Inland Empire, attorney Taylor D. Fennell understands the needs of the local community. Taylor received his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of California, Riverside. While there, he spent a summer abroad studying medieval history in Stirling, Scotland. Taylor received his law degree from Howard University School of Law in Washington D.C.

During his time at Howard, Taylor established himself as a self-starter and leader through his volunteer services. He served as Lieutenant Governor for the American Bar Association, clerked for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington, D.C. and served as an Intake Volunteer for the Employment Justice Center, a D.C. organization that assists lower income employees in filing documents for pro se litigation.

As an Associate with the Law Offices of Tanya L. Willis, Taylor has made it his mission to provide a high quality of service to clients.
